Garam masala is a foundational, aromatic blend of ground spices used heavily in North Indian and South Asian cuisines. It is rarely used as a primary seasoning, but rather as a final touch to lift the flavour profile.
What Cuvai Garama Masala can be used for:
- Curries & Gravies: Essential for chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, butter paneer, and rich meat stews (rogan josh).
- Rice Dishes: Sprinkled into Biryani or Pulao to add aroma.
- Dal & Lentils: Added to tadka (tempered spices) or stirred into finished lentil soup.
- Vegetable Dishes: Elevates dry sabzi (potato or cauliflower stir-fries).

Cooking Tips:
Packaging: We've opted for a new Biodegradable bag. When your order comes through, we package your spices in a Biodegradable Zip Bag. Once received, open and place spices in an airtight container in a dry.
