Cuvai - Order and Delivery
This Order and Delivery only applies to Cuvai South Africa, Wyb, and Click n Drop (PTY) Ltd. Usage of the website, online store and all other services provided within the site. When you use our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Click n Drop (PTY) Ltd is a registered South African Company.
Wyb® and Cuvai® are Registered Trademarks and are operated under the parent Company of Click n Drop (PTY) Ltd.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
This policy applies to all orders placed through Cuvai Online Shop South Africa.
Payment Security
We prioritise your security. All online orders are processed via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology through PCI-compliant gateways, including PayFast, Paystack, and Yoco. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.
Timeline & Delivery

Processing Time: It takes 1–2 business days to process and package your order.

Delivery Time: Once dispatched via courier, delivery typically takes 1–4 business days within South Africa.

Coverage: Currently, we only deliver within South Africa. Please note that delivery times may shift due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or logistics delays).
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Damaged in Transit: If the external packaging is visibly damaged upon arrival, please take a photo and refuse to accept the parcel from the courier. If you find the contents (sweets/products) are spoiled or damaged after opening, notify us immediately at orders@cuvai.co.za.

Incorrect Items: We check every order against your list. If we’ve made a mistake, email orders@cuvai.co.za with your name, order number, and a photo of what you received. We will investigate and arrange a correction via door delivery or a pickup point.
2. Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you aren't, our return policy is guided by the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA) and the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
Change of Mind (The 7-Day Cooling-Off Period)
You may return unopened and undamaged products within 7 days of purchase for a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Condition: The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in a sealed condition.
Cost: You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.
Refund: Once inspected and approved, we will refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping fees) within 2 - 7 business days.
Exclusions
For safety and business reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Items sold as part of a Bundle.

Near-to-Expiry Specials

Customised or personalised products.

Perishable Products

Clearance sale products (marked as clearance/or within the product listing)

Opened products, and/or Seal Broken.
Return Process

Notification: Email orders@cuvai.co.za with your order number and photos of the item.

Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of couriering the product back to us. It must be in safe, original packaging.

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the items to ensure they are unopened and undamaged, we will process your return.
3. Refunds & Cancellation Fees
Refunds are calculated based on your original payment method and the stage of your order.

Cancellations After Dispatch
If an order is already with the courier:
We will attempt to cancel the delivery with the courier, but the courier fee may not be refundable.
If the order cannot be cancelled, you must receive the parcel and return it to us at your own expense (insured and unopened) before a refund is processed.
